This Clarification Text has been prepared by Kartur İnşaat, Reklam, Turizm ve Taşımacılık Ltd. Şti. (Mersis: 0499029508500012) (“Company”) in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) in order to inform the relevant persons/data owners regarding the procedures and principles regarding the processing of personal data of customers.

Your personal data due to the services you receive from Kartur İnşaat, Reklam, Turizm ve Taşımacılık Ltd. Şti. or the humanitarian and commercial relations you have established; the identity, communication and, if any, the data contained in its attachments, the financial data required for the invoicing of the service, the data you share with us verbally during business negotiations, the visual and audio records to be taken for security reasons, the correspondence to be made with you and the data contained in its attachments Kar Tur İnşaat, Reklam, Turizm ve Taşımacılık Ltd. If you use the internet over the internet access to be provided by Şti., your log records to be kept in accordance with Law No. 5651 will be collected and processed physically or electronically.

I) Data Controller

Kartur Construction, Advertising, Tourism and Transportation Ltd. Şti Address: Yenisahra Mah. Koç Cad. No:57/3 Ataşehir/ISTANBUL is the “Data Controller” within the scope of the Law.

II) For what purpose your personal data will be processed

Your personal data is processed by Kartur Construction, Advertising, Tourism and Transportation Ltd. Şti. within the scope of Law No. 6698 in the following situations and conditions:

1. Managing service activation processes,
2. Execution of Emergency Management Processes,
3. Ensuring the Security of Physical Space and the Security of Data Controller Operations,
4. Execution of Communication Activities,
5. Execution of Goods / Service Sales Processes,
6. Execution of Customer Satisfaction Activities (including Demand/Complaint) and Customer Relationship Management Processes,
7. Execution of Advertising / Campaign / Promotion Processes,
8. Providing Information to Authorized Persons, Institutions and Organizations,
9. Execution of Finance and Accounting Affairs

III) Which Personal Data will be Processed

The following data will be processed according to the purpose of your visit and the services you will use during your visit,

1. Identity and contact data,
2. Your financial data required for invoicing the service,
3. Your data included in your correspondence with our Company and verbally shared with us during your interviews,
4. Your visual and audio data to be recorded by security cameras,
5. Your visual and audio data to be recorded by the company’s advertising department if you give your explicit consent,
6. Your internal IP distribution logs kept as required by law in case you use the internet by connecting to the company visitor network.

IV) To Whom and For What Purposes Your Personal Data Can Be Transferred

Your personal data processed for the above purposes and according to the conditions determined by the Law;
1. To our business partners and suppliers, limited to the purpose of providing our products and services,
2. In case of commercial, financial and legal disputes and as stipulated in the Laws and limited to its scope; it may be transferred to consultants, audit firms, lawyers and authorized public institutions and organizations and judicial authorities.

V) Method and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is collected by real or legal persons who process data on behalf of Kartur İnşaat, Reklam, Turizm ve Taşımacılık Ltd. Şti. as physical documents, by taking camera recordings, by keeping digital records and by obtaining your explicit consent unless otherwise stipulated by law. Your personal data is processed by Kartur Construction, Advertising, Tourism and Transportation Ltd. Şti. based on the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and other legislation.

Your Legal Rights Under the Law

Your legal rights in accordance with the law Your rights are written in Article 11 of the KVKK and they are as follows: By applying in writing to Kartur Construction, Advertising, Tourism and Transportation Ltd. Şti. or to the company headquarters, your personal data;

a) find out if it has been processed,

b) if processed, to request information about it,

c) to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

d) knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,

d) to request correction in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,

e) To request deletion or destruction or anonymization within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK,

f) 3. to request notification of the actions taken pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) above,

g) object to the occurrence of a result to your detriment due to analysis exclusively by automated systems,

ğ) you can use your rights to demand the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

In order to exercise your rights mentioned above, you must submit your request containing the necessary information identifying your identity and your explanations regarding the right you request to exercise to Yenisahra Mah. Koç Cad. No:57/3 Ataşehir/ISTANBUL in person or send it through a notary public or send a signed copy of the form by e-mail to kvkk@karturgroup.com. Your requests will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If your request will be made on behalf of someone else, a power of attorney and other documents confirming your identity must be attached to your application.
