This Information Notice has been prepared by Kartur Construction, Advertising, Tourism, and Transportation Ltd. Co. (“Company”) in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) for the purpose of informing the relevant individuals/data subjects about the principles and procedures regarding the processing of personal data belonging to customers.

Your personal data, such as identity, contact, financial data necessary for invoicing services, data shared verbally during job interviews, visual and audio recordings for security purposes, and log records required by Law No. 5651 if you use internet access provided by Kartur Construction, Advertising, Tourism, and Transportation Ltd. Co., will be collected and processed physically or electronically.

Your data shared verbally during correspondences with our company and during meetings,

Your visual and audio data recorded by security cameras,

Our business partners and suppliers, to the extent necessary for the provision of our products and services,

Consultants, audit firms, lawyers, and authorized public institutions and authorities with limited scope and in cases of commercial, financial, and legal disputes, and limited by the law.

V) Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Processing

Your personal data is collected by natural or legal persons who process data on behalf of Kartur Construction, Advertising, Tourism, and Transportation Ltd. Co., by physical documents, camera recordings, digital records, and with your explicit consent unless otherwise provided by law. Your personal data is processed by Kartur Construction, Advertising, Tourism, and Transportation Ltd. Co. in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and other relevant legislation.

Your Legal Rights under the Law

According to the Law, your legal rights are written in Article 11 of the Law and are as follows: You may exercise your rights by applying to Kartur Construction, Advertising, Tourism, and Transportation Ltd. Co. or to the company headquarters in writing and requesting;

Your requests will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. If your request is made on behalf of someone else, a power of attorney you have obtained and other documents verifying your identity must be attached to your application.
